Executive Chef & co-owner, Kevin Paoletti offers several impeccably fresh coastal sea food offerings each night that have made it by far our most popular menu category. Handmade pasta is prepared daily. Carni include aged Sterling Silver New York Strip, Ribeye & Filet Mignon. Our Roasted Rack of Lamb, Prime Veal Chop, fork-tender Scaloppine and the best Elk Rib Chop in town-each have a loyal following. Our Wine Cellars house our 850-selection wine list and have been awarded the Wine Spectator ‘Best of Award of Excellence’ since 1987. The full Dinner Menu is served at our Bar overlooking Main Street where Craft Cocktails and 45-Select Wines By-the-Glass are offered each evening. We accept dinner reservations for the dining room up to a month in advance of your desired dining date.
