Paoletti has been Highlands premier destination for a high-quality dining experience since 1984. Our elegant and sophisticated dining room decor has been recently updated and it lends the restaurant a distinctively ‘New York’ feel. Executive Chef & co-owner, Kevin Paoletti offers several fresh coastal sea foods that have become by far our most popular menu category. Tender Prime, grass-fed beef, lamb, elk and succulent veal chops are offered nightly on our Dinner Menu, as well. In addition to the regular menu, numerous Dinner Specials are offered nightly. Deserts are made in house daily, too and include a selection of creamy gelato, memorable tiramisu and bread pudding, among others. The Wine Cellars have been awarded the Wine Spectator ‘Best of Award of Excellence’ Since 1987 and offer over 40-select wines-by-the-glass, every evening.
