Ristorante Paoletti is celebrating its 37th year in on Main Street in 2021. Owners Arthur & Kevin Paoletti have run the restaurant since 1984 and it has been ever evolving in terms of food and wine since its opening. The goal is in presenting balance and intensity of flavors that has our guest yearning to come back. In putting together each evening’s menu is to offer the freshest of ingredients in simple preparations emphasizing each foods unique flavors to be the star of the show rather than sauces that mask the purity of those ingredients.
This year we have added two rock-star additions to our restaurant’s front and back of the house. Chef de Cuisine, Alberto is eager to cook up some delicious new offerings from his kitchen for our dedicated following of guests. Our decades old reputation for the very freshest of seafoods has our daily selection sell out nearly every evening. Additionally, this year Alberto has implemented an in-house, USDA Prime, dry-aged beef program that ensures us a consistent product to match a well-chosen wine. The Vegan and Vegetarian patron and those with food allergies will find us eager to please with multiple options as well.
The wine program has earned Paoletti the Wine Spectator’s ‘Best of Award of Excellence’ since 1987. Our deep cellars and wine management is headed by Wine Director/Advanced Sommelier, Kyle Tarczynski with associate Vijay Shastri. We seek wines that embrace minimalist winemaker intervention in stressing varietal typicity and focused flavor profiles. This approach we feel complements our cuisine the best. We find small production wineries that have a similar goal as those that we embrace. This simple approach is the hallmark of our program. An amazing collection of the finest producers of world-renown are cellared along with gems that fly under the radar.
