Ristorante Paoletti is proud to be celebrating its 33rd year in Highlands in 2016. The restaurant has been an evolution in both food and wine since its opening in July of 1984. The goal in putting together each evening’s menu is to offer the freshest of ingredients in simple preparations where balance and intensity of flavor is the star of the show. Our reputation for the very freshest of seafood make our daily selection sell out nearly every evening. Every entrée is offered in minimal quantities to ensure freshness. The wine program offers products that embrace our same, minimalistic approach toward balance and flavor to complement our food. Quality, small production wineries are sought that have a similar goal as that of ours in the kitchen. They allow the true varietal character to show through rather than overblown blockbusters that overpower our food. This simple approach is the hallmark of our program. An amazing collection of the finest producers of world-renown are cellared along with gems that fly under the radar.

We suggest allowing us to guide you along with confidence that we will suggest a wine that pleases in you in every way. Cocktails are crafted with care but are not flashy or showy. Service is attentive and professional, yet friendly and welcoming. We invite you to enjoy one of Highlands most memorable, gastronomic experiences in a comfortable, if not exuberant dining room from April through November and during the Holidays of December. We accept dinner reservations by phone only, 30-days in advance of your desired dining date and are strongly recommended. Walk-ins are welcome as our full dinner menu is available at our 10-seat Bar overlooking Main Street where the people watching and cozy conversation are some of the best in town. Enjoy!
